RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is important to us! We have a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your REVI online purchase, it arrives damaged or you picked the wrong size, simply return the unused product including the box and dust bag as well as eventual gifts received with your purchase and we will gladly issue a refund. However your right to cancel the contract shall apply exclusively to the products that are returned in the same condition in which you received them. No reimbursement will be made if the product has been used once or for products that are not in the same condition as when they were delivered or if they have been damaged, so take care of the product(s) while in your possession.
Only full returns and unused products within the 14-day window are accepted.
For EU orders initially sent with "free shipping": Returns for reasons out of our responsibility (damage, lack of quality, extreme delay, wrong size) we reserve the right to charge 7€ (which is less than half of the initial shipping costs paid by us).

5-STEP-RETURN-POLICY

Step 1: Prior to returning your item(s), please email us at hello@revistudios.com your order number in order to obtain a return form and the address you have to return the package.

Step 2: Complete the return form and add it to the returning product(s). Ship back to us using a carrier of your choice. Be sure to include your order number, name, email address, mailing address and phone number in case we need to contact you. We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method. REVI STUDIOS is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.

Step 3: Address your return package received in the email of step 1.
We're sorry: Return shipping fees are not refundable.

Step 4: Your return or exchange request will be processed as soon as possible. Once received we will send an email confirming the reception and processing of your return or exchange request.

Step 5: Please note that the actual refund of your order can take up to 30 working days. We regret that we are unable to refund the original shipping charges.

FYI: We cannot provide refunds for REVI STUDIOS products purchased at other retailers. Only products purchased on www.revistudios.com may be returned for refund.
